Jewelry, art collections, wine collections, and other valuables and collectibles may be covered under the homeowner’s policy however certain items may require a specialty policy.

Flood insurance is usually not included in the homeowners’ insurance, renters' insurance, or the business owners’ policy. They have to be purchased as add-on coverage or on a standalone basis. We can help you secure flood insurance from the general insurance market or from the federal government National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

The boat policy provides financial protection for property damage, boat liability, medical payments, uninsured boat owners, and towing coverage. Certain Marinas and States make liability policies mandatory for the boat owners.

Ask about insurance for other recreational vehicles.

The policy provides limits excess of the underlying liability. It does not provide broader cover, but it stacks up higher limits above the original policy. It typically responds to gaps in cover when the underlying policy limits are exhausted.
