A package policy combining three main policies, property insurance, business interruption and extra expense insurance, and general liability insurance.

This policy is ideal for small and medium-sized companies. The coverage can be tailored to the specific company’s operation. For example, a construction company, a hotel, or a restaurant may have a slightly different version of the BOP policy with enhanced coverages to fit the business operation.

The policy includes third party liability coverage, physical damage coverage, medical payments coverage, roadside assistance, rental reimbursement, and uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage.

The policy protects the business and employees from expenses associated with accidents involving vehicle(s) used by the businesses. Auto insurance policies are mandatory in many states.

The policy can cover all-risk of property damage and business interruption including extra expense coverage. It is a policy with much broader terms and may include cover for flood, builders’ risk, earthquake, machinery breakdown, etc.

This policy protects business owners and their businesses from claims by employees who suffer work-related injuries, illnesses, or diseases. Workers' compensation provides cover for medical expenses, a portion of lost wages, permanent partial or permanent total disability, and costs of rehabilitation.

Most states require businesses with employees to buy workers' compensation and unemployment insurance. Certain states require these policies regardless of whether the business owner has any hired employees.

The policy provides cover for legal actions brought against businesses and their officers. The insurance can provide a combination of three policies: Directors and officers insurance (D&O), employment practice liability insurance, and fiduciary liability insurance.

Each of these policies may be purchased separately or can be customized to include other coverages. E.g. Workplace violence and crime may be added to the fiduciary policy.

The policy covers against legal claims alleging negligence, or errors and omissions incurred in services rendered by professional services providers. It is often referred to as errors & omissions (E&O) insurance or malpractice insurance.

This policy is suitable for professionals such as technology services providers, healthcare providers, project managers, financial advisors, designers, architects, engineers, media, publishers, broadcasters, and other service providers.

Non-profit organizations – Arts & Culture, Community Organizations, Educational Organization, Fundraising Organizations, Historical Societies, House of Worship, Museums, Youth Sports Organizations, Educational Organization, Historical Societies, etc., – face risks like any other organization.

Standalone or package policies can be tailored to fit each organization’s risk profile and requirements.

Flood insurance can be included in the commercial property policy but it is usually not included in the homeowners’ or renters' insurance, or the business owners’ policy.

It can be purchased as an add-on coverage or on a standalone basis. Flood Insurance can be purchased from the general insurance market or from the federal government National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP).

Even the most well-planned events – Festivals and Concerts, Fundraisers or Sporting Events, Golf Outing or Golf Contests, Tradeshows or Conventions, Anniversaries, Weddings, and Parties, etc. – can all face some unpredictable incidents like, cancellations, vendor no-shows, nonrefundable deposits, damages, cancellations fees, accidents, injuries, illnesses, or unpredictable weather conditions.

Special events insurance can be package to meet the needs of the specific event.

This policy provides financial protection against claims and legal actions from third-party liability.

The coverage includes bodily injury and property damage liability, personal and advertising injury liability including cover for medical expenses arising out of a bodily injury on the insured’s premises.

This policy provides liability coverage for breaches of a business' network security or a failure to protect confidential information.

The coverage may include costs to notify victims of a breach, cost to restore electronic data, or costs associated with responding to the interruption and the restoration of the business.

It is a specialty insurance that protects businesses against losses from non-payment of account receivables or commercial trade debts.

The coverage may include losses due to delayed payment, bankruptcy, insolvency, protracted default, and political risks.
